1. What is the price range for building a website?
It really depends on your requirements of your website. Our sales team will advise accordingly to your requirements and the budget you may have.

2. What are the hidden costs?
We do not have any hidden costs. We have already included all costs and any potential maintenance costs in the quote. We know it is frustrating to see additional costs that was not mentioned before.
3. Do you provide any mockups or concepts for website designs?
Yes. We do provide at least 2 unique mockups for every customised website design package. Our designers will work closely with you to understand your design preferences before providing the mockups.
4. How long does one project takes from start to finish?
Normally a standard website design project will take around 3 to 6 weeks. The project duration varies depending on the size, complexity and promptness of the feedback you provide us.
Our designers and developers work closely to timelines to ensure website design projects are delivered on time.
5. Will you be hosting my website?
You have an option to choose if you want to host your website on our server. We provide free one year web hosting for website design packages. If may source for your own web hosting if you like. We will advise on the server requirements if you are hosting externally.
Our engineers ensures that every website and application developed by us will work on our servers.
All servers are located in Singapore.
6. How do I update pages on my website?
All website designs are content management system ready. A training will be provided on how to use the system. You or your authorised users can easily manage contents from a web browser anywhere anytime.
